The facility was well-kept and the space was perfect for my needs. More importantly, the staff was amazing! They were so helpful; and very thorough about explaining everything and making sure that I had what I needed to move in—including a rental truck for the day!

The location of this storage unit is great for me. I wish the units were insulated more or air-conditioned as I feel concerned about some of the things I’ll be storing in there that are heat sensitive. It’s a little hard to use the elevators but I am grateful to have them and for the most part I am thrilled about my unit.

I don't know if management have changed or what, but service is suddenly horrible. Corporate is unhelpful too. They will make a mistake and blame the customer. They will take money out of your account, when services are stopped, and will not give you the money back. They will expect you to pay for the new tenant and assume that it is ok with you. If you request that your bank reverse the charges, they will charge the new tenant late fees because they forgot to obtain their payment information, when the account was setup up.

Came in cold, they hooked me up with exactly what I needed straight away. Very competitively priced and all straight forward. The mandatory insurance upsell was annoying but they allowed me to take advantage of first month promotions and even said I can use the free move in truck on move out instead since I didnt need it. Good place!

Facility is really clean, and the attendant was really polite and professional. Price is excellent considered the location. We were a bit caught off guard by some additional costs - I called the morning before we arrived to confirm that we didn't need to bring anything with us, but found when we got there that we needed to show proof of insurance and provide our own lock. These both make sense, but I wish the customer service rep would've told me ahead of time on the phone to save us some time and money.

The unit I rented is a little smaller than the advertised size but everything still fit snuggly. The staff is very nice and attentive. The price is quite decent and the property seems to have good security. Convenience is considered in pricing. Be mindful that the cheaper units will probably not have elevators, only stairs.

The space and ease booking on Spare Foot was great however, I called the facility multiple times and left messages to book the free moving truck that was offered in the promotion and no one returned my calls. I went in the morning I was supposed to move in and there was no truck held for me and therefore I had to move my entire moving day and movers to a later time when I could secure a moving truck from Uhaul. I wouldn't be so upset but there was no apology when I arrived and no explanation as to why my call wasn't returned.

The storage spaces aren't what I'm used to, but they aren't bad. They aren't climate-controlled, and there's no pest control within the units. It's a huge, huge property. Customer service was really great.

The unit was fine but I had booked the space on line with an elevator. When I arrived I was told there was an additional fee for a unit with an elevator. Not right.

it went well although checking in at the front desk was rather slow due to the people behind the counter chatting to each other all the time. Plus, at NO point does the initial paperwork or reservation notice that you get online say it is mandatory to pay for insurance which adds to the monthly cost each month.

Don't be fooled by the price. $67 is good deal if you don't mind driving a bit, then walking up a long steep stairwell, then walking a bit down the hall to your unit. Unfortunately there is no elevator for these $67.oo units (5x5). $67. is only through Sparefoot. If you want a 5x5 unit with an elevator it cost $75. And the elevator is a lift for only your stuff. They don't have carts, they may have ONE dolly ( may). The lady wasn't sure when I asked. I am paying $79.00 for a 5x9. It has an huge freight elevator, Lots of dollies. This is the first storage place that I have heard of that charges extra to use an elevator. That is just wrong. On top of that, the lady said the 50% off 1st month of the $75. didn't apply because the sparefoot deal was only for the $67. offer. Every year they raise the price on your unit! Wouldn't that make people want to leave to find another facility? Oh please teach your staff how to drive the gocart! You can't drive and have your head down at the map. We almost crashed into the side of the building a couple of times. The staff seemed to be in good spirits, but lacked responses for my dissapointment. I have a truck filled with stuff. Ready to pay the $67 Actually it should have been 50% off that. plus the $9. Plus the $15. because the site said elevators available and hand carts under features. It adds farther down *Additional fee applied to use elevator. It doesn't say will be applied. It has an asterisk that usually means what this applies too. It's very misleading. It's because if you bring all your stuff to their facility, they know you will need everything that cost more. That is just bad business. It doesn't say that the $67. unit doesn't have an elevator and that is important to know before you haul all your stuff over. Good thing I didn't cancel my other storage place.

Just got my unit a couple of days ago! I was on a bit of a time crunch to get my unit and put a car load of things in it. The staff was very accommodating and got my paper work finished in about 10 minutes. The grounds are huge, way more units than I expected to see. Everything seemed well maintained and clean. The office was air-conditioned thank goodness, and everyone that worked there was super nice and helpful! Overall a very good experience as far as getting a storage unit goes!

The staff are friendly and efficient. They take your needs into consideration and help you get done fast. The facility is a bit old. Needs updating and could use some air cooled spaces to offer. But the front office is very modern. Over all I'm happy with this place.

Peter, the manager, went out of his way to give me the best possible deal for my first months rent & the staff are as nice as nice can be! The folks at Sparefoot were very polite & answered all my questions. But they didn't tell me there was no elevator for the 2nd floor, so I had to go with a unit that was more expensive with an elevator. Looking on-line just now, I noticed the same unit for $18.00 dollars cheaper... Gee, I wonder if it has an elevator! I wonder if Sparefoot is aware of this???

When I booked the space, there was confusion about elevator access; some units have elevators, most don't. The problem was resolved, though, and the unit is satisfactory. It was easy to find a good storage space on Sparefoot.

My last facility raised the price to an astronomical sum so I needed to find a storage quick. With SpareFoot I was able to find this storage just 3 miles away. The staff was very friendly and quick. The facility is clean and secure and my move went easy. So the relocation of my storage was hassle free and saves me a good chunk of money every month.

The staff is very friendly and incredibly helpful. At the last minute we needed a to change our reservation for a unit that was near an elevator, due to the high volume of stuff we had left over from our move. They were beyond accommodating and personally gave us a tour of their facility to show us the unit before we made our final decision. The security seemed impeccable, cameras everywhere and a security gate that was prison worthy.

First time storage renter. Was very easy to acquire a unit, price was the best I found in the area. The unit was on the second floor, my only complaint is that the doorway for the stairs are incredibly low. If my bed had been any larger it would have been physically impossible to get it to the unit.

I feel great having my storage items close to home at Storage etc.'s clean, safe location which is managed by an excellent, friendly staff. Was able to score a nice spot on short notice, too. I love the gleaming new lifts and have no problem being 1 flight up. I do wish they had climate-controlled units, but otherwise... nice vibe, highly recommended!

Went to this place expected to get screwed over, but I live close so I went and they hooked it up! Got the first month free and the dudes there are super nice and professional. The rental trucks could be a little nicer, but there free so you cant complain. The dude with the long hair is funny he looks like an idiot but he was pretty knowlegeble. totally recomend this place.

I reserved space for 100.00 plus insurance a for a locked in prices. Once I go to the location not only did my price change, then it was a special prices for a unit with elevator which was not really a perk as you load you stuff then unload once it goes up to second floor. second floor should be cheaper. never got the price i was quoted from online
