After touring other buildings, I was so happy to come across this facility. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s so bright and clean! The attendant Karin was just wonderful as well.

I am a brand new customer but so far I am very satisfied. Customer service has been excellent thus far and sign up was very simple.

Everything went well signing up with Daniel the first time I went to this facility, however in the following day when went to move my item to the storage unit I rented I had to wait about an hour for the on site person to open the office. She had locked up the office while inside at 4:00 in the afternoon. Later she claim she was at home Depot which I found hard to believe with her car still parked outside while she was gone. Two other people showed up and needed to get into the office and had left not having the patience. I found it very inconvenient having to wait for the office for the moving cart.

We moved for Simi to Fillmore and needed storage its was $30 more a month in either Fillmore and Simi. We are not the type to have to visit our stuff every week so it works for us. We got there and surprised on how nice it was and Jasmine was very helpful thanks so much looking for to a long drama free stay with you guys.

They had a promo going on for the first month free and the best monthly price for the same space at other storage places. Although, the benefit is that this is a temperature controlled unit. Security is good where you have to punch in an access code to enter AND exit the gated facility. However, when I was moving in, I had 2 cars and a 16 foot truck with me. Some douchebag cut off my 16 foot truck to follow us into the gated facility. All doors into the building with the smaller storage units require a code to enter, but I frequently see one of the four doors open. This should not be the case especially if this is supposed to be a temperature controlled and secure facility. Granted, you have a personal lock on your individual storage unit. The cleanliness was clean up until this last week when I saw trash by the upstairs elevator that sat there for about a week. The 2nd time I went to my storage unit, I saw the same trash still sitting there and now there were flies buzzing around. The guy who helped me when i signed up for the unit was a miserable person who hated life. He definitely should not be in any type of service industry when you are that miserable. He did not tell me that carts were available for use, and that you must get them at the front office. Other storage units I have rented from have carts available at every entry area of the building. It doesn't help that you can't access the carts either when the office is closed, even though the facility is available until 9pm, after office hours. I will not let that one guy ruin this entire review, so that is why they get a 3.5 star rating. There is definite room for improvement.

There was a simple mistake concerning a space assignment. An employee named Greg was startlingly rude and unhelpful, quickly using the phrase "it's not a hard concept to grasp, we assigned you a different spot, you'll have to move." this is after admitting the problem was caused by the establishment. He continued to be unacceptably demeaning and unprofessional, until the manager Jennifer assisted me in the process. She simply transferred my contract to the space my belongings were in. Greg also spoke rudely to Jennifer in frot of myself and other customers in line. Jennifer is the only reason I am able to recommend this establishment

My experience was great. The staff was friendly and helpful paperwork was quick and easy. The facility was clean and easily accessible there were elevators and carts; price was reasonable highly reccomend this storage facility.

My experience with the staff was fantastic. Great guy. Helpful,knowledgable friendly and fast. I really like my storage unit and the hours are the best I've seen. Nice clean new facility. I highly recommend it

Other than a little confusion about a special rate I was quoted through SpareFoot, this is a great facility. It looks nearly new and has an excellent staff.
