unit has a 2'x2' pillar, cutting down on the actual size. Double doors makes up for it. each door has a key pad, and 2 of the 3 doors pads have NO numbers on them. Attendant was terrific!

The manger at this location is the definition of what wrong with America when dealing with Black people TO not listen to a paying SMALL BUSINESS OWNER ! To over talk no listen and cut me off. While trying explain to her make me worried if I was a White Or Latino Women would she have been so rude to me it seem like she has a lot hate in her heart and very unprofessional. I was told over the phone that the storage location was opened into 11 pm . The first day I went the lady was so sweet to me and told me I would have to come talk to the manger to get the hours pushed back because I am full time self employed and entrepreneur. As a Small business owner I Wouldn't not talk to anyone the way she was talking to me I TREAT ALL MY CUSTMER LIKE GOLD NOT TRASH !. I was trying to explain to her that it was very inconvenient that they would tell me over the phone and another in person. As I was trying say is there a way you stay in contract with the people who booking the storage unit she cut me over and said you should have went on our website and looked at our hour I like who want to do all that when you call and to talk a live person now you want me to make sure the people who works for the company isn't lying to me. I was like please don't cut me off while I'm trying explain she was been very rude very arrogant very disrespectful very and make think very racism and racist? I want to live in a world where I am treated correctly without being label aggrieve or angry when I don't disagree about CORRECT customer services .And if your not racist and you just hate your job get a job that Doesn't deal one on one customer services skills! PLEASE ALLOW BLACK PEOPLE A CHANCE TO HAVE A VOCIES WITHOUT LABELING US OR ACTING LIKE WE ARE NOT HUMANS GODS SEE EVERYTHING!

It would have gone easier if the staff could have figured out how to change my entry codr. Their ineptness caused hugs delays in my moving nd since I had hired movers and they were paid while I waited for more than an hour for staff to finally allow for the movers to begin using a StoreQuest employee's entry code. By the end of the move, the code was not fixed, I had to pay the movers an add'l two-hours of wasted time, which amounted $320. Thanks for screwing me over, StoreQuest.
