Ms. Deborah was a delight--thoughtful, warm, and answered all questions. The facilities itself appear a bit dingy but overall are functional.

The manager at the facility was very cordial, efficient and professional. The facility was clean and the unit was actually nicer than I anticipated. I have one big issue that could possibly have me moving out of the unit into another storage company's facility soon (when things get a little busier in the next couple months): That facility needs MORE MOVING DOLLIES TO BE AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOMERS! I checked in, paid, got my unit number and went to the unit. Then I wasted about 25 minutes looking inside every loading door of the entire facility as well as by the elevators on each floor for a moving dolly to use. The area where the dollies would be chained up normally had only TWO CHAINS which looked like there were only TWO DOLLIES FOR THE ENTIRE FACILITY??? Unacceptable if true. The only way I was able to procure a dolly was by waiting finally for the manager to return to the office, which was understandable as she seemed to be the only employee at the facility and this is a time of skeleton crews which I understand. I was lucky enough that she showed me where one dolly was located as it had just been used and was available. If that one dolly hadn't been available I would have immediately canceled the unit and gone somewhere else to rent a unit. If things get busier in the coming month or so and I end up at the unit with no way to move anything from my SUV to or from the unit then the unit will ultimately lose the viability for my use. Besides that, everything was great.

Natalie from the front desk was super helpful and knowledgeable on showing me my unit. Very accommodating to my crazy day, and an absolute pleasure to be around. Made the experience very enjoyable all around.

I started out with one locale and, it didn't visually fit my needs (on paper the size looked correct) The female manager was so helpful in trying to find me a larger space without breaking the bank. The next locale had the unit and the price but the walls didn't go all the way up and you could see other people's items bulging against the chicken wire. I wasn't too keen on this and again, this young female manager helped me out tremendously to find 3rd locale that met all my needs. And once I finally got to the last destination, again, the woman behind the counter couldn't have been more helpful and nice. This could have been a very painful experience, but it wasn't. My only negative comment is that Corporate Public Storage should give the individual Managers the ability to meet pricing from another facility. That would have made life so much easier

This Public Storage site is clean and easy to get to. The manager on duty - Maria was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient. The price was very competitive. Plus - the manager sold us boxes that she had in stock!! We have had an overall excellent experience working with the staff and using this location.

Talk about easy access for my big truck. It was in and out .the staff is top notch bar none.ive used this facility before so I already knew that it would be perfect for my expanding business with the lage spacious outside units.great competitive rates too.thanks guys.you make life truly easy.

The facility is well taken care of. Easy, no hastle experience. Worked with Brenda mostly and she was great! Very friendly and helpful. I did the first month for $1 deal. The set up fee is really annoying because you are being charged for absolutely nothing, but aside from that there are no extra fees.

The light near my unit has been out for at least a month. Front office staff said that is normal. They only have 1 cart.
