The manager of the property, Kimberly, was great to work with. Very nice, very quick and got me in and out very fast. Made sure I was satisfied with the unit before I left, and also made sure I was able to use all keys and codes for the gate and doors. Place looked very clean and nice!

I'm not one to leave reviews but boy let me tell you, did I feel compelled to write one this time. For starters yes I know what you're thinking why trust this review over all other reviews? I'm very experienced and critical about my storage needs. If there was a 6 star option I wouldn't hesitate to bump my review up. Aside from the lack of a view from the second floor, this place is in pristine condition. No problems with theft. The bathroom is cleaner than the one at any other public storage. The building is rubbish free and the trash can is kept nice and clean inside and out. You know who's responsible for all of this? KIMBERLY. She rocks and has made me proud to rent here. I don't know what the last guy was doing but he was no Kim. Keep up the good work there slugger.

I am completely amazed on how one person's attention to detail can make a HUGE difference. The new manager Kim has been very helpful it's been awhile since I came down to the property but she helped me find my storage bin with no problem and I noticed how clean the building was when we walked in they also upgraded their security which is really great, another thing I noticed was when i went to the rest room it was actually clean! My visit was a great one Thank you Kim keep up the great work!

After Scouting, endless places to find proper storage, we finally landed on 5741 W. Jefferson and met Gary.very pleasant and always smiling, Gary showed us the unit explained how it works, when to pay, and how much. We chose this address and branch, not because of their deals, but because of how Gary presented and represented Public Storage. Commendation is a must. Kudos Gary!

My family has had a unit here for several years. We initially rented it with Gary who was great then and continues to be great! I travel and really appreciate him going above and beyond notifying me of what is going on with my unit and my account as needed. Recently, with all the trouble going on Gary was very patient with us as we were very frustrated. It is because of him we decided to remain renting at PS rather than move and relocate our belongings to a competitor's location. Gary is friendly, informative and most of all proactive which is greatly appreciated!!

The registration, move-in, and access are all fine. All Public Storage staff with whom I have interacted (by phone and in-person) have been great. Negatives: only one dolly at the site; no trash cans. I understand the "no dumping" rule, but the impression I have is that we can't throw anything away on site...at all. There has to be a happy medium somewhere. Also, one dolly in not enough for a site like this.
