We're West Los Angeles largest and ONLY drive-in storage facility Drive your vehicle directly into our 400,000 square foot building for the added convenience of loading and unloading at your individual storage room or accessing your belongings in inclement weather. This facility serves the communities of Hyde Park, Beverly Hills, Westwood, and downtown Los Angeles. Open 7 days a week, this clean, well-lit facility features unit sizes from 5x5 to 12x30 units, and state-of-the-art security including personal computerized gate access and video cameras in key areas. We offer month-to-month leases, competitive rates and no deposit required. We provide courtesy carts to make your move easier, and our professional resident managers are available to assist you. We have personal and business storage solutions to fit any need or budget. Storage Made Simple Gate Access Hours: 7AM to 7PM. We sell boxes and moving supplies. *First Month's Rent Free applies to base rent only. Fees, including a one-time administrative fee (29) and a monthly recurring Protection Plan payment (16) due upon move-in. Occupants are automatically enrolled in the Protection Plan but may opt-out of participation and obtain a refund of the Protection Plan payment by completing a form and providing proof of insurance within 30 days of signing the Self-Storage Agreement (as more particularly set forth therein). I was desperate to find a storage unit at the last minute. The fact that I was able to find one with first month free and a drive up facility (very convenient in this day in age) was a miracle. The young gentleman who helped me was named Marquis. I think I may have his name wrong but I recall it being along those lines (I'm terrible with names). Also the two young ladies working at night were very helpful. All staff were professional, helpful, not entitled in the least bit the way we see in customer service a lot in LA. Very pleasant experience during an extremely stressful time in my life. I truly appreciated the smooth transaction!

Very clean!! The only bathrooms for us, storage renters, is next to the Office on the 1st floor!! Need 4-digit access code to enter. Staff is pretty cool. I was able to get a 10x10 storage unit within hours of searching the web and contacting this location on S La Brea in LA. During this COVID19 pandemic the amount of professionalism invested in their admin procedures was not shy of OUTSTANDING. I was especially intrigued by the detail of taking home my own pen due to their team practicing great ‘reduced contact’ while physically signing documents. While being taken to my unit, I was in shock of how clean the facility was from the floors up. Not one particular of debris found on their incredible beautiful waxed floor, and not one speck of dust on the units adjacent to mine. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. 10/10 will continue to rent from this facility. 10/10 review coming from a face paced individual that doesn’t EVER do reviews! The office had numerous containers of hand sanitizer and I saw the office staff use it multiple times while I was there. Customer Service was very friendly and helpful. The paper work is all done via online using DocuSign and a copy of the contract was sent to my email. My possessions will be safe in this storage unit. You have to enter your personal code when you enter and leave so they keep track if someone doesn't leave the facility. Most other storage units only track when you go in and not out. This helps secure the area and makes sure no one is living in their storage units or roaming around outside of hours.

They did the bait and switch on me, telling me to take a bigger unit then NOT GIVING ME THE SPAREFOOT DISCOUNT. They knew I was in a rush and took advantage of the situation. On top of that my unit's door was broken, they said they would fix it but when I came back two days later it was still broken. They even tried to blame it on me, starting a huge argument. I also found a cigarette butt in my unit after their worker came to fix the door, and he said he didn't smoke and it wasn't his... then who's was it?!?...

Remember that scene from the end of Raiders of the Lost Ark? Where the camera pulls back to reveal an endless warehouse? This is kind of the feeling you get when you drive in to this place. My unit was on the 2nd floor, and they could drive the truck UP THE RAMP RIGHT INSIDE. And this wasn't an Econoline van either. This was a huge moving truck. To get to my stuff in the future, I can just drive my car up there too. This baffles me, as the last storage unit I had was back in NYC, where you had to park your car at a loading dock (which you usually had to wait for), grab a broken-down old dolly, take a creaky old freight elevator down 2 levels and navigate a tight maze of insanity to your filthy locker which was riddles with mouse poop. This is the exact opposite of that. I honestly can't wait to go back. I don't know what's wrong with me. Only qualm: my security code to open the gate didn't work immediately. So on exit, I had to use the temporary code that was given to me at the desk.

I found that the storage to very clean until I saw pigeon poop on the wall of the unit. I looked up at the ceiling and it's wire! so the birds fly in side the building they poop because there is no covering to the storage unit, kinda sad about this.

Outside of a small hiccup with a previously reserved unit, getting shown the unit, paper work, signed and ready to unpack a truck was well-explained, quick and easy. I've gone back multiple times and the key-pad entry works as expected and the storage place is always super clean. Just need to jump online and finish my electronic payment and I'm good to go. Its nice you can drive into the 2nd floor and that there is no elevators. BIGGEST storage place Ive ever seen and thats one of the pluses. I moved in today. Place looks great, but I have a few notes for SpareFoot: 1. There was no truck available, even though it said so on my reservation (that's only for the larger spaces) 2. I had to pay an extra $15 for the key to the space, I recommend it be mentioned beforehand; 3. it was the 2nd floor, my reservation said the first (which I would have preferred) Just a matter of streamlining the communication between SpareFoot and the actual storage facility!
