I wasn't real happy the original unit I rented on line said was inside but was not so needed to "upgrade" to an inside unit and had a $10 transfer fee that I think should have been waived. April was great for providing info though. I'm using their new blue tooth unit with wireless access which seems to be hit or miss on the gates but better with access to the unit. Still needs some work though for the additional cost.

After bad, customer-hateful treatment by Public Storage, a helpful agent sent me to Extra Space Storage. For a better price, I got an accessible ground floor unit in no time at all. The manager did a great job and went out of his way to be helpful.
