I reserved one day and moved in the next day. Easy to get to the 2nd floor. It looks clean and safe. Staff is friendly and gave us all the information needed for during and after hours.

I called and spoke to gentleman staff and reserved a 10x15 and about 1115am sunday aug 21. I asked what time they closed and he said best to be here by 5 if you are moving in stuff. I came at 6p to pay for storage, so i could move in next day and was told they rented unit earlier that day at 2pm.

Not bad for the price. I was not pleased with the service though since it was their last storage unit of that size I got. I made a reservation to move into a few days after I saw the deal online. Then they called me to tell me that my reservation would not be held if I did not show up earlier then the day I made my reservation for, and threatened they give it to some one else. It had put me in a difficult situation with time. Which is why I made a reservation in the first place. Just beware. If they are afraid to lose a sale of a unit, it will be because of their customer service. But in things that they can't control, like a customer's own situation, you think they would have respect and understanding instead of threatening and pushing the sale on someone. You already had a sale, you did not need to threaten it and push for the sale you were going to get already.

The ladies in the front were super friendly and helpful. The price on my unit was better than other storage places plus I got 50% off my 1st two months. The place is clean and the doors swing open for ease of moving in. Thank you!

This location is fine if you need a short-term storage facility that you won't need to access outside of 10-6 business hours. Unless you get a coupon or discount it is pricey. The facility is small but clean and tidy. The hours are very limited so completely inconvenient for anyone wishing to access after work or early morning. Our other, much cheaper, storage units are in a facility that opens at 6am and closes at 8pm and is available even on holidays and weekends when the office is closed. So, for the higher pricing, this facility could sure make the units more convenient. Otherwise, no complaints.

Love the location! Poor business practice. I called to reserve a 5 x 10 unit 1 hour b4 driving to this location. I was told the unit would be held for the day. Upon my arrival I was informed my unit had been rented. Since I needed immediate accomodations I rented a unit half of the size I desired for a higher cost per month. Bait and switch practices are illegal! EZ storage = EZ ripoff? Waiting for resolution from management. Thank you! Be cautious when dealing with these folks

I called ahead and was told that they were open from 10am-7pm by two different people on two different days. I reserved a space at the De Soto location and arrived before 7 (but after 6:30, apparently) and was told by "Delia" that they closed at 6:30 and that she'd personally TOLD me to be there by then. Ummm...nope. Nobody said any numbers other than 10 and 7; I'd asked twice. She then proceeded to unnecessarily argue ("No, I TOLD you, I tell EVERYBODY. I TOLD YOU.") and complain about the fact that this happens ALL THE TIME that CUSTOMERS don't abide by their (unlisted) closing time... In short, she was rude and dishonest. I simply informed her that I would not be using their services. I'm not your punching bag (shrug) and I can go elsewhere with my money. I left the place at 6:45pm... Also, the guy who took my reservation "William" did not advise of the promotions that were available--I had to tell him about them and that I'd been offered them already during my previous call. After I insisted the 2nd time, then he admitted to the discount.

I was happy with the experience overall. The move-in special of 50% off the first 2 months is what made the decision for me. I'm a little disappointed that they don't have a senior discount. The lights in the hallway are different from other storage facilities where I have been, but how to turn them on was not explained to me, so when I moved in, I was in the dark at first, until I figured it out. You press a little button for about 3-4 seconds and the lights come on. Both employees who assisted me (one initially with leaving a deposit, and the other on move-in day) were very helpful. I wasn't told that driving was all one-way, with the exit at the East side of the property, until I had already gone the wrong way to get back to the office. Apparently, there is no way to drive back to the office, once you have driven to your space. You must walk back. I'm not thrilled about that, as I am 74 years of age.
